My Approach to Therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to help you achieve your personal goals. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, dealing with stress or anxiety, or seeking support for deeper emotional healing, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and valued. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to your specific needs, empowering you to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and find the balance that works best for you.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families who are facing difficult challenges, including loss, trauma, and major life changes. My experience in geriatric mental health and crisis intervention has taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and truly listening to what a person is experiencing. Together, we can explore what is holding you back and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Beyond administrative leadership, I have successfully implemented mental health training programs that emphasize resilience, emotional well-being, and proactive psychological support. My work with veterans and older adults has given me deep insight into the complexities of mental health across different life stages. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to support you in building a healthier, more fulfilling life.

At the core of my practice is the belief that mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and tailored to meet everyone’s unique experiences. If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you with empathy and understanding, I am here to help. Together, we will work towards healing, growth, and the goals that matter most to you.
