Ayanna Johnson
As a devoted Clinical Mental Health Counseling student, I am passionate about helping individuals explore and accept their authentic selves. My practice is based on a Person-Centered Holistic approach, which considers the whole person and believes that genuine healing and progress come from this perspective.
Rooted in principles of inclusivity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard, I value the power of authentic connections and active listening. I aim to establish a therapeutic relationship that fosters self-awareness, independence, and inner resilience, enabling clients to access their natural capacity for change.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and caring space where each voice is valued and each person’s potential is recognized. With a foundation in cultural competence, mindfulness, and compassion, I strive to make individuals of all ages feel appreciated, respected, and understood. Viewing through this holistic perspective, I hope to guide individuals on their unique paths toward mental and emotional well-being—giving them the tools to handle life’s challenges and recognize their ongoing growth.
