Alexis Allen is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Walden University with a strong educational foundation in psychological assessment, cognitive and achievement testing, and trauma-informed care, and neuroscience. She is a Texas native and has worked extensively in both educational and clinical settings. Alexis previously served as a neuroscience educator at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and is currently a working in Higher Education as a graduate admissions officer. Passionate about working with youth and young adults, Alexis is dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through clinical practice as a future licensed clinical psychologist. Starting May 2025.
