My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy is a collaborative, structured, and human-centered process. Whether you are a senior leader, elite performer, or are navigating sustained pressure, transition, or relational strain, my goal is to provide a safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where clarity and growth can emerge. Each individual brings a unique story, and my approach is tailored to honor that complexity while supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals and teams facing extreme responsibility, operational stress, trauma exposure, and major life transitions. These experiences have reinforced the importance of psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, and ethical alignment in both personal well-being and professional effectiveness. In therapy, we work together to identify what is creating strain, strengthen adaptive coping strategies, and restore a sense of agency and balance.
Beyond individual work, my experience mentoring leaders and supporting long-term relationships under high demand has shaped a strong appreciation for the relational dimensions of mental health. I recognize how performance expectations, role demands, and unaddressed stress can quietly erode connection, purpose, and fulfillment. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and intentionally rebuild what matters most.
At the core of my work is the belief that mental health care should be accessible, respectful, and responsive to real-world demands. I approach each individual not as a diagnosis, but as a whole person shaped by experience, responsibility, and values. If you are seeking counseling that combines psychological insight with realism and genuine respect for your lived experience, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
